I've been trying to find some way to make this Czar thing unconstitutional, but it looks like it's an Executive Branch loophole. It's clear that POTUS is grabbing for power and cutting Congress out of the process. I think our representatives will start balking about it too... at least I hope so. I'm not sure we can wait until 2010 to stop all this nonsense. I'm not sure American can survive that long. I totally agree with you Kathy. They were part of Russian history however. That worked real well there. I guess the food distribution system or the Dept of agriculture will be the next CZARed department? How about energy? MAybe the FDA? Lets do education too that way the kids wonlt have a free and uncensored thought in their little heads. Enough of this! My America doesn't believe in any of this crap. And I am guessing there are more of my kind of Americans out ther who will make that abundantly clear at the polls and at the tea parties and by papering the White House with faxes and petitions.
