Newt Gingrich tells it like it is is!

I don’t get it. If Nancy Pelosi had just come clean in the beginning and said that she initially agreed with enhanced torture because the briefing was fresh on the heels of 9/11. We would have all understood that.

Then she could have come out and said that she’d had a change of heart and no longer thought it was appropriate.

I would have disagreed, but respected her opinion on the matter.

Instead, she chose to lie about the whole thing and create a big mess for herself.

It just goes to show that politicizing everything is as easy as breathing to some people on The Hill.
